Welcome Reception

The CEPDS planning committee invites you to join us on November 19th, 2025 between 5:30 pm and 8:00 pm at Ripple and Company located at 1007 Main St, Lafayette, IN 47901.

Add our welcome reception to your conference registration to RSVP.

Welcome reception admission is priced at $10 per person. ID and pre-registration are required. Your welcome reception admission fee includes 1 drink ticket redeemable for any beverage up to $15.

Student attendees are welcome and may sign up for a complimentary admission during conference registration.

Parking Information

ATTENDEE PARKING

  • All attendees are instructed to use the Grant Street Parking Garage located at 120 N. Grant Street, West Lafayette, IN 47906 across from the Purdue Memorial Union (PMU).
  • Pull a ticket to enter the garage and keep this ticket as it is required for exit.
  • Parking validations are available for purchase during conference registration ($6/per permit) for standard size vehicles only. Validations can be collected at the conference registration desk.
  • Motorists should pull forward into a parking space with the vehicle's license plate facing the drive lane for enforcement purposes. Individuals who back into a parking space or do not have the license plate visible are subject to receiving a citation.

MUNICIPAL/GOVERNMENT PLATED VEHICLE ATTENDEE PARKING

Vehicles displaying a U.S. government or state of Indiana government license plate may park in any “A”, “B”, or “C” posted parking spaces. This privilege does not apply to the following locations: Designated University Vehicle spaces, Grant Street Parking Garage, Harrison Street Parking Garage, Wood Street Parking Garage, nor Pierce Street Gravel lot.
